Everyone! I truly mean it!
Seeing a sex therapist can benefit anyone because sexuality and intimacy are integral to our overall well being. Whether you're facing specific challenges or simply want to deepen your connection, communication, or pleasure, sex therapy provides a safe space to explore these areas. It's not just for fixing problems—it’s a proactive way to nurture and grow your relationship with yourself and others, fostering greater confidence, understanding, and joy in your sex life.

Unfortunately, not. Even though counsellors and sex therapist need to undergo extensive studies, only psychologists are covered by Medicare scheme

Individual sessions are 60 minutes long.
Couples sessions last for 75 minutes.

A standard 60-minute individual session is $200 (inc GST) and a Couples session is $280 (inc GST).

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals, concerns, and personal pace. Some clients find clarity or relief after just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing work to address deeper or more complex issues.

In our first session, we’ll discuss your goals and map out a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you. Whether it’s a short-term focus or a longer journey, the process is always tailored to your unique needs and comfort.

Yes, if you speak English, (or Polish?) I would love to support you through my online sessions.
As I am based in Melbourne (VIC), we would need to look at the time difference between our locations.

Sexual wellness , including pleasure, is a human right recognized by the World Health Organisation.

A fulfilling sex life improves mental and physical health and strengthens relationships.

Unfortunately, the education most people receive in school barely scratches the surface and talks mainly about the things that we shouldn’t do. Many adults lack knowledge about pleasure anatomy, consent, arousal, desire, and sexual communication, leaving them unsure of where to seek help.

Our medical doctors are little equipped to help clients with their sexual concerns, as they only receive an average 3-10 hours of training and education in sexual health. Also 60-70% of therapists report that they feel uncomfortable discussing sexual topics.
In our conservative society, sexual shame and fear prevent open conversations about sex. Learning to understand our bodies, express desires, and navigate pleasure is key to a healthy, happy sex life.

Sex therapy and intimacy coaching offer a safe, expert-led space to explore and enhance your sexual wellness, free of judgment.

Amazing! It’s wonderful to hear that you’re enjoying a fulfilling sex life.

The exciting part about sex and pleasure is that there’s always room to explore further. With curiosity and an open mind, new avenues for enjoyment and connection can unfold.

Whether you’re interested in diving into a specific fantasy, enhancing your orgasms, exploring your pleasure anatomy, or finding top-rated sex toys, speaking with an expert in a supportive, non-judgmental space might uncover even more possibilities than you imagined.

We often invest in self-care by seeing beauty therapists, dieticians, or personal trainers to feel and look our best—so why not a sex therapist to nurture one of the most intimate parts of our lives?
Think of it as a gift to yourself—a space to grow, learn, and feel more confident in your body and relationships. Self-care should include every part of who you are, including your sexuality.
